At EmpowerU, we understand that finding help for a teen or young adult who is struggling with motivation, anxiety, or depression can be difficult and frustrating. Our innovative solution is proven to help teens and young adults make lasting personal change, gain confidence, lower anxiety, increase emotional well-being, and improve friendships, time management and grades.
EmpowerU is unique in that we teach students how to make effective change, one small step and one day at a time. EmpowerU engages students as active participants in their wellness journey throughout a semester-long, credit-bearing course.
Here’s how SEL training works
Students complete a 15-20 minute daily resilience exercise that is supported by highly personalized, daily coaching. This powerful combination helps students stay focused, motivated, and on track.
Seamless and credit bearing
Students log on from their computer, phone or tablet and are assigned an individual licensed instructor who builds a trusting relationship and provides daily feedback and encouragement to help students meet goals.
High school students who complete all six EmpowerU units can receive a semester wellness credit. A middle school version is also available for credit.
College student who complete all six EmpowerU units receive a resume-building MicroCertification in Resilience Training.
